By applying for and purchasing from Hippie Hounds’ Wholesale Program, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are legally binding and govern your relationship as a wholesale partner with Hippie Hounds LLC.

To qualify for wholesale pricing and benefits, you must, provide a valid business license, EIN, or resale certificate, operate a pet-related business, retail store, or online shop that aligns with our brand, and agree to our pricing, MAP policy, and brand representation guidelines.

There is no minimum order requirements unless stated otherwise for specific products or promotions. Bulk discounts are available on orders exceeding set quantity tiers. White label & custom orders are available for select products; additional terms and production timelines apply.

Approved accounts receive wholesale pricing at 50% off MSRP, unless otherwise agreed. Orders must be paid in full before processing. We accept credit cards, ACH transfers, and other approved payment methods mentioned. Wholesale customers must provide a resale certificate to avoid being charged sales tax. Wholesalers may not sell below the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) unless approved by Hippie Hounds in writing.

Orders ship within 3-5 business days of payment confirmation unless otherwise communicated. Shipping costs are paid by the wholesaler unless a free shipping promotion applies. Report any damages or missing items within 48 hours of delivery with photos for replacement consideration. Dropshipping is available for approved accounts; additional fees and policies may apply.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless a product is defective or damaged upon arrival. Any issues must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued at our discretion.

Wholesale products may be sold in brick-and-mortar stores, online stores, and approved third-party platforms. Reselling on Amazon, eBay, or other marketplaces is strictly prohibited unless pre-approved in writing. Wholesale partners must maintain the integrity of Hippie Hounds’ branding, messaging, and product descriptions when marketing our products. Products cannot be altered, relabeled, or repackaged unless approved for white labeling.

Wholesalers are responsible for ensuring products meet all state and federal regulations in their area of sale. Hippie Hounds is not liable for the misuse or misrepresentation of products by the wholesaler or their customers. Our products are not FDA-approved and should be used under veterinary guidance when necessary.

Hippie Hounds reserves the right to terminate a wholesale partnership at any time if:

• The wholesaler fails to comply with our terms.

• Products are misrepresented or sold through unauthorized channels.

• The wholesaler engages in unethical business practices.
